Transitions between new staff has been the hardest. Since my start in 2011 only about 5 employees remained my first year when I left in 2016; I was one of them. Yes we had great head pros come in but we adjusted to their way of running a course every time the chance came. We also dealt with new inexperienced workers.

Once we had seasoned the new employees we could have Westhampton running smoothly. There were some days where the pros requested the most efficient works, like on holidays, tournaments, and weddings, but we all worked as a team and the companies were far and in-between.

Call into work with a decent amount of time for a manager to find a replacement, no call, no show= suspended or worse fired. When returning to work bring a doctor's note. I'm pretty sure we received 3/5 sick days a year.
