Surveyor in Texas
on July 28, 2021
This job offers great flexibility since you work the hours that work best for you as long as you make the minimum weekly completed survey goals. THIS IS NOT A HOURLY-PAYING JOB! You get paid by the surveys you complete. You can make as much money you want. But it’s not as easy as it seems. You can complete anywhere from 2-6 surveys an hour but it is never guaranteed. Some days I have completed 4-5 surveys in my first working hour and then the following hour I only get 2-3 surveys done. Once I word an hour and a half with no completed surveys which means no pay. It depends on many factors such as if people answer their phones if they want to do the survey, or if you get to complete a survey. A completed survey has to answer at least the first 19 questions (Some surveys have about 30 questions). Some people hang up on you before you get to question 19 and so you waisted time and you don’t get paid even if you get to question 17. The surveys are long and some people can get impatient. Depending on your project you get paid per survey. For example $4.35 per completed survey. You get paid weekly and the training process is easy. Everyone from management is very nice and helpful.I love that you can work independently from home without anyone breaking down your neck. The quality control assessment is really strict. Only a handful of people ever get 100%. This job is no for everyone. Some people hang up on you mid-sentence and can be rude. But that’s just how it is when you deal with customers. There have been employees working here for over 5 years (which is mind-blowing. I mean how? Lol) But it’s a great job for students or just as a part-time job to get some extra cash.
Marketing Researcher in Fort Worth, TX

They hooked me in with paying me a high amount per survey....little by little they kept giving me projects with less and less pay until I was making from 800 a week to about 180 working full time. I miss the team but something happened and it makes me think they hook newcomers with higher pay than little by little...I thought it was strange that I was a "veteran" with less than 2 years with the company
Survey Caller in Houston, TX
on June 24, 2021
Everyone is very nice. You get to make your own hours. So long as you meet your weekly quota, you're fine. The only con is that each survey pays about $4, and sometimes people hang up on you before you've completed the survey, so you end up not getting paid for those. Other than that, everyone is really nice, the managers are understanding and always have a positive attitude.
EVS Housekeeping in Mount Vernon, IL

I went from EVS to security in 6 months. People here do help others. Only things is the pay is lacking in all departments but helping people fills the accomplishments. And sometimes patients can be unrelenting but the staff won't let anyone come harm.
Contractor in Phoenix, AZ

I definitely appreciate the flexibility of working from home (pre-covid - everyone's working from home these days!) and the ability to get work done at my own pace, as long as I keep up with set quotas. I don't love that it often feels like the people who write the surveys have never taken or administered a phone survey.
