Our package includes but depends on our client's contract:

-Weekly pay
-Direct deposit availability
-Access to online paystubs

Paid holidays after 1500 hours worked:
-New Year’s Day
-Memorial Day
-Independence Day
-Labor Day
-Thanksgiving Day
-Christmas Day

-40 hours of vacation after 2,000 hours worked
-CSI sponsors a 401(k) program for their employees. This program allows CSI internal employees who meet eligibility requirements to put aside pre-tax dollars into a retirement plan.
-Employees become eligible after 6 months of service
-Enrollment periods occur twice per year (January 1 and July 1)
-Year-end discretionary match based on company performance

Healthcare Benefits
-Indemnity plan and Minimum Essential Coverage through American Worker from Day 1 of assignment.
-Major medical insurance through a Cigna Network Trust after 60 days of employment for full-time employees
