Closing Coordinator (Current Employee) – Auburn Hills, MI – August 6, 2018
Great pay, poor management/leadership. No room for advancement. Management is selfish and will block your opportunities for advancement if they feel like you're a great asset to their team. Work environment has a black ball effect.
Title Coordinator (Former Employee) – Auburn Hills, MI – January 20, 2018
Worked with VW, TDI program. So poorly managed and the vacation days are a scam, they change their policies every other day. Have to punch out to use the bathroom, even then you're only allowed so many minutes per month. Cafeteria is over priced, parking at VW was a nightmare. Don't work for Dako or Modis.
Cool cars can sometimes be spotted around.
Management, being treated like a second rate human
Billing (Former Employee) – Troy, MI – August 24, 2017
Typical office environment job. Pay scale on the lower end in comparison to other contracting house pay scales. You would think they would make sure that the employees at the corporate would be paid fairly like they pay their contracted employees. Most contract employees made more hourly than employees doing their payroll.
Customer Service and Sales Representative (Current Employee) – Auburn Hills, MI – July 16, 2017
full time employees get treated different from contract employees at The Dako group. It takes 6 months plus to get hired into VW, Credit. Overall still a good company to work for and Jim is a great boss.
Contract Position-Doesn't end
contract employees are not treated the same as full time employees
