Laid back but with no room to grow

Very laid back. They try to do the usual pizza parties and Christmas bonuses which do help with moral. Not a lot of room for internal growth. There is a bit of a divide between office workers and warehouse employees which causes issues due to a breakdown in communication when there are problems. Great benefits. Downhill

TDP went through multiple changes while I worked there. The customers are the best in the entire world! There is a lack of structure and management tries to be corporate but gives no guidelines or expectations for the associates. Communication was always an issue with upper management.

Great place to work but try to not get into he say she say. Try to stay to yourself. Have a secret keep it a secret. Word travels fast. Don't trust anyone. Management will work with you. Very friendly. Good benefits. Christmas bonus full time employees $500 cash Awesome. Nice place but pay not so well.
