I think they offer Health Insurance, Life Insurance, 401K and Disability. They have bonuses for sales and you can become fully commissioned if you want. I didn't stay long enough to get the 401K. I think it kicks in at 1 year.

I said it in my review, but only the traffic during peak hours is really the most stressful part. Broad Street and Allwood Road near Clifton is usually always in some type of construction or repairs (I have no clue why, that's the city's issues). If you aim to come to work at least 15-20minutes earlier then there is less of an issue. Traffic is the issue with every job though, so just time your departure from home accordingly.
