Children aren't always the easiest to work with. Finding a way to interact with each child, since not all are the same. One thing might work for one, but not the other.

Hours are set at 30 hours a week.. you either work morning or night shift... not a fan. as a trainer you should be able to do your own schedule and work it around your clients

The cherry hill club has very bad managment/environment!!
When it comes to kids ,kids are not their main fokus ,sincerely they need to schedule more than 2 coaches on busy day's !!I know for fact their budget its on point even they denied...

Never!!! Even the hardest working or veteran employees never get raise....
the management/supervisor -=stills=-the money since they don't schedule enough employees and everyone its so unhappy 😭

Kids coach didn't show up at work that day, and i got stocked with 40 kids, they brought a front desk girl to help with babies, after that shift i got fired 👏🙏LOL

Use scripts for phone interview, in person we use script but ask more than the script offers after which we follow up with the selected candidate.
