I enjoyed working here, some days better than others but I would go back in a heartbeat. Advancement is impossible for certain ppl, but other than that a great place.

Pros

Free lunch and supper, teamwork when available or when I asked. Any questions someone had or found the answer.

There’s too much favoritism! Never again! Human Resources was the only person there with understanding for people! Certain people are not held accountable for their actions! Management is all family and they’re TERRIBLE at it!!

Great group of people to work with. I felt supported and staff cares about residents and well being of other staff. Hr is very helpful from the first day. All staff was very helpful. The assistant administrator is awesume and will always try to help you if you have a problem. The adon is great and i worked with mds and she is the best mds nurse ive ever worked with. All dept. Have very knowledgeable people.
