Current CEO has striped the organization of its diverse culture by unjustly firing anyone with melanin. There is a current lawsuit against the organization which is a complete distraction. Since she came on board in 2014 the organization has gone downhill, she constantly speaks negatively of her predecessor to staff, fosters drama by continuing to pit employees against each other, and is a complete narcissist. The focus is not on moving the organization forward and bringing staff together but rather keeping "YES" people around. If you value critical thinking skills, a challenging and cohesive working environment, and dare I say diversity...KEEP LOOKING!
When negative reviews come out she ask employees to go and post a positive review because it will mean so much to her. Additionally, very rarely does she promote within she'll change titles for lower level staff but doesn't provide salary adjustment in line with DC market.
