The interview was a 3-step process. Now, it's a four-step process for all Full-time applicants. You'll interview with the Store Manager and the Sales & Education Executive. You'll interview with a third party company named Talent Plus, (This company's primary job is to help determine what your talents are and how they will be beneficial to the Origins Brand), the Regional Manager and lastly HR. Part-time applicants, only interview with the Store Manager and take the Talent Plus interview.
