I agree with the suggested dress & work. However one should NOT have to pay for that make up to promote it!! The company did not pay enough and it is expensive!! Also company respect and training is let. Been there done that.
Always be 15 minutes early, dress professional, wearing black pants suit or dress. Be well groom, hair, make-up nails cleaned, or polish not loud. Smell good, but not too strong, a straight posture, know what you can offer the company! Research before interview about the company. And why you would be a great asset to the company. Have a good ear to listen, speak clearly, and use your people skills, be honest. Sell your products of who you are. Also always wait before you are seated, give a firm hand shake before and after the interview, always say thank you. Do not over talk, make eye contact with the employer . Be willing to start anytime.
I was treated rudely by their HR rep/manager when I visited. They were disorganized with the interviews and dumped me in a conf room, left me their and never returned. If they are not interested in a candidate they could be more considerate. Terrible experience and I was overqualified. Advice is to do thorough phone assessment when speaking with them before going in for interview.

You do not need any special experience to work here but you should assure them that you are hard working and willing to learn. Honesty is key also.
