Seems like things haven’t changed, I worked for Estee Lauder in 2003 and the pay was $10.00 per hour without commission, plus you were required to meet your sales goals. You would get a verbal warning and then your final warning in about a 2 week period. It was all about numbers.
Training needed improvement as well.

There are many benefits like medical. You have to work through the company though and not through an agency.

The first process is applying on-line, for what I understand they switched it up a bit, you take a on-line questionare, then you take a video interview ( it is a rather cool thing to do you learn a lot about yourself ) Next if they like what they see or what you said ( I have no idea who reviews them ) You will get an in person interview. I made the first two parts now it is just wait and see.
