Hard work but it does pay off
You do have to work hard but if you prove that you can be a hard worker they do like to promote from inside. Its a really nice incentive to make the hard work work worth it.

Dont do it
This is not a place to better your career. Very negative. Training is terrible. People are not helpful or nice. I thought it would be a fun place, but managers and corporate people are mean to everyone.

Understanding Work Culture with Fun Team
I love working for The Exeter Inn and Epoch Restaurant. It's a team effort every day and everyone works together to get the job done. I feel comfortable going to my manager to discuss any questions or issues I may have. The team is fun and I look forward to work every day.
