Great location, spacious labs with great sunlight, and awesome colleues, but lack of trust and advisitory

The working environment at Forsyth is great and labs are nice and spacious. People there are well educated and helpful. The only issues I had there were mistrust and lack of face-time with my PI. I would schedule to meet with my PI for data and error analyses, and 30-60 minutes after our scheduled time I would receive an email with an apology from my - more ... PI for having back-to-back meetings and that we need to reschedule.
