A great place to make extra cash as a banquet server. The hours are worked with and the food is outstanding. You meet a lot of interesting people from coworkers to members of the club. The atmosphere is incredible.

Lots of talented people here. Chefs will help you learn if you go above and beyond. Standards are high, especially for wine dinners. Culinary teams and top chefs sometimes utilize the kitchen to practice and it's definitely interesting to see.

Not truly nice work environment. No leadership from the supervisors. No pay adjustment while I was there. Very difficult to advance. Other employees argued.

Management really could have been better.. everything could have been ran differently. They kind of just expect you to take on what comes but don’t really have your back when the going gets tough. You’re brought on to learn how to do at least 3 jobs and overwork everyone to make ends meet without regarding how overwhelmed you may feel all the time. In the time I was here they lost 5 people (most of them having problems with management) and only brought on 2 new employees despite having “so many applicants” in order to fix the staffing issue. Nothing was ever properly communicated which led most of the staff feeling frantic. We all had to deal with the most unfair, overwhelming situations that the managers just let slide because they didn’t have to deal with it first hand. It’s a physically beautiful place to work but behind the pretty scenery is just another horrible customer service job that’s just going to throw you to the wolves and get mad at you when you say something about it.
