Um learn to Manage first of all. Give respect to All employees, Do Not play favorites! Stop talking about your personal lives while at work. Time your lunch breaks. And one last thing, Do some Actual Work!

Pros:
Good benefits like 401k, dental/health/vision

Life insurance etc.

Cons:

Never getting close to 40hrs

and having to constantly ask for more hours in other depts. because nomatter which one you work in, they ll will not be able to give you 'fulltime'

The problem with ANY groccery store not just fresh market is that 32-35hours/week is the usually their max.

Since part time/temp and high school kids are cheaper to hire during busy season which cuts into the hours available to the full time employees there

Spring of 2019 a company memo was sent out saying men could have 1 piercing and women 2. No face piercings or off colored hair for anyone. I’m a true believer in employee handbooks and manuals. TFM is wasting $$. Store manager says “What he decides trumps all.”

Don't. Don't apply. Don't interview. Don't work there.

Get rid of managers who are bullies, who have their little click of favorite employees & treat the others like trash. I know my local store, half the employees are ready to walk!
