Fine but the problem is getting any kind of a schedule from your manager. They do not give new employees any kind of a schedule and you constantly have to ask when your next shift will be and what time you get off that day. When I went to work I never knew what time I was supposed to clock out for lunch or clock out for the day or when I was supposed to come back the next day. I began to think they did not want me to come back and worried that they may even try not to pay me for hours I did work.

If Fresh Market would follow the ServSafe program which they don't, it is clear that one stud earring is acceptable, no multiple earrings and no nose earrings only plain wedding band, but unfortunately they do not follow through with the policies and when dept managers have them, how can you expect the employees to follow the same rules.
