First of all in any company there’s usually too many chiefs. Management needs to show appreciation to employees who are working their butts off and making money for the store. Have respect for your employees and they will have respect for you!

Get rid of the dead weight Dept. Managers who are really good at dictating but do nothing to help the real employees running their depts. for a whole lot less than what the managers make. Stop making excuses for poor performing employees who are makin more work for the really good employees who are tryin to make a difference.

Hire better department managers and give new employees a chance by giving them a schedule for at least their first week instead of making them have to hunt down their department manager to know when they come in next

Acknowledge your people who are really running the Depts. and pay them accordingly, get rid of the dead weight Dept. Managers who are not doing their jobs and give credit to the others who make them look good, you see it and we all know you see it , so do something about it, quit covering up for them ,that's your JOB!!!!!
