My interview process was smooth. I applied on-line and printed out a copy of my application. I took my copy with me to the human resources department on the basement level. When I was about to be interviewed, I handed my printed copy to the manager. They have to come and pick you up from the human resources department prior to you being interviewed. Then, they take you on a tour of the unit. Afterwards, they ask about your experience, why did you apply, what interested you in the position, and what can you bring to the unit. They want to make sure that you are a good fit for the unit.
