Nice Place to Work

The Gideons International is a nice place to work as the people are overall friendly and encouraging and the purpose is wonderful. The issue is how strict management can be on certain things and how demanding at times the job can be.

Believed in the Mission and Loved the people

Fortunately the position I had was ever challenging and had opportunities to learn, but because this was a men's ministry non-profit, women's advancement seemed limited though some did occur. That said, the people were all wonderful and the work environment culture were productive, friendly, and enjoyable. Management was always looking for ways to motivate and inspire, and keep the staff connected. Benefits were great, higher pay, opportunity for flex schedule, or remote work though were not available.

Alot of great people that work here. It's a place where people will pray for you. It's about seeing the lost getting saved. Work well with others. Don't take things to heart.
