Everything is stressful in a nursing/rehab center where the owners pay 12 -20% less than comparable facilities in the area pay...and is chronically understaffed and has a hard time retaining dietary and CNA due to low wages and understaffing
It's like a revolving door in every department. No consistency for residents or staff. Years ago it felt like a home. Now it feels like a factory running into the ground.
Busting your butt to make the corporation look good yet they don't want to give you the pay you deserve. They don't deal with what we do on a daily basis.
