From the surface, the culture looks healthy and good for new employee. However, after a month, it is notably changed due to nepotism among the family members will make people realize that they are just servant in the office, and have to treat all family member like superior, or else, you will be outed very soon. This is main reason for high turn-over rate there.

Birthdays are celebrated, there are a couple work outings a year like a picnic or seeing a baseball game and always a Christmas party. It makes it seem very team-oriented. The people are funny and sharp.

The culture is very poor. You will never hear positive feedback. The owner and his sons, and their close-knit inner circle will cut you off at your knees if you try to implement a new idea or process improvement.
