cleaned all work areas, equipment, folded silverware, and ensured they are stored appropriately. Presented menus to patrons and answered questions about menu items.

Severe favoritism from management, lots of drama, management looked down on you a lot. Probably some of the worst management I've ever had by far. The pay was pretty good but not worth staying for.

Liked working here . Customers who frequent this establishment seem to be very appreciative of service employees. They have a competitive hourly pay and do not wish to have you rely solely on tips

Working as a server can be a lot of fun, however like in most retail/restaurants you are subject to a lot of different people at different skill levels/phases in their life, so you have a luck of the draw on whether you get a good batch of people or not. Hours are flexible and able to be adjusted easily, with lots of wiggle room for college or other things you might need to do. However, as with any serving job you have inconsistent income and here, that I know of, no benefits.Pros:•Flexible work hours and open shifts•Can get more money than minimum wage depending on day/shift•Money in hand every time you work•very fast paced environment•very social job where you can meet a lot of new peopleMiddle(can be good or bad):•you can be "cut" early depending on the traffic in the store, so you won't have to stay if you aren't making money•a very light hearted environment, this can be detrimental however as some management can have a hard time distinguishing work from play/ when to be the "bad guy" in the situation.•dress code is fairly casual with DARK wash jeans, BLACK non slips and a variety of Greene Turtle shirts to wear.Cons:• Inconsistent income• loud/live music on weekends at some stores so if you have sensitive ears you may want to work different days.• if you serve, you will have to Host, Expo and Buss with no extra pay. • you can have lazy co-workers who can't clean to save their life or their job.• like most jobs, favoritism.• You will be meant to take large parties with next-to-no warnings. All in all, a very standard restaurant job, my most pleasant work experience to date. I hope it brings you success!

Normal basic skills, strength and weakness question

Shared on July 17, 2019

I was asked a few questions about my previous experience, but mostly about situational questions. An example would be when they asked how I would approach a situation in which I found out my coworker was stealing money from the store.
