I would provide more support to the residential staff. I feel the school often passes the buck to residential staff.
If I was CEO I would not jump in every issue and talk down to employees to make them feel worthless.
Being that Guild is a non profit organization I would pay everyone more fairly. It is disheartening that some chiefs make over $200,000 when the direct care staff barely make a livable wage.
