It's an OK company to work for. Benefits are decent but it's a very stressful place to work. The pay isn't the best. It's fine to get your foot in the door and get experience.

Leasing Consultant in Chicago, IL
on April 28, 2023

The first few weeks was spent with no training on my position despite never working as a leasing consultant prior to this role. Once I had figured out the role with minimum training, I was forced to complete large workloads and tasks outside of my job description.
