I felt the company itself. It may have been ok.But there were employees. That had issues that often affected my own work. And after telling management.Instead of getting better. They fired me.And used 3 different reasons. My place.(on their properties)was flooded. And then they stook me to court. Then when I went to the union. They did nothing..

The Habitat Company is a revolving door. You are a body to this company, they don’t care where you’re placed. The investment communities that they manage are not in sync of procedures and processes therefore you’re setup for failure.

Regional managers are not helpful. Most of them don't even know any aspects of running the property. Overworked and pay is way below what managers from other companies doing the same work get. 3% raises and only if your property is not an affordable one. They are so old school! Still accept paper forms of rent! They only promote at the corporate office not the properties. They make up positions for workers at the corporate office and they get many other benifits, like parties on the first Friday of every month. The only plus about working for this company is the benefits.
