The work environment has changed over the last few years. Work/life balance and the leadership. You will work over 40 hours a week and your managers will try to find reasons to punish you or even terminate your employment. All of your customer service interactions you will have will be with people who are experiencing the worst moments in their life. If you do not have quality customer service skills, every single interaction with a customer will be stressful.
