Pay is below average their only focus is in numbers not their employees yearly pay increase is under $.50 if you lucky or most time under $0.25
Only Directors get paid and good bonus and most of them do nothing more that mico manage staff most time from home worst place to work.

The work environment has changed over the last few years. Your managers used to want to invest in their employees and help you get better, now... the managers are grasping at straws to find reasons for why you aren't doing your job properly and looking for ways to fire you. This is how they budget, they push out people who have worked there for years so they can replace them with a new hire for less money

Stressful work environment, micro-management, re-organization of the department has brought down employee morale, turnover has increased tremendously, a lot of employees out on medical leave due to stress making more work for others.

The call center training program needs to be entirely revamped. More focus needs to be placed on navigating the system used. Training time needs to be extended so that employees are FULLY trained before being placed on live calls.
