They will take your soul and youth. Then grind you into a pulp while your sweat literally drips into kit wafers. Don't go save yourself and run far far away

I have so much pride in the fact that I get to tell people I work for the Hershey Company. I love working for Hershey. My team is amazing! I can call them or reach out to them for anything and everyone is so supportive of each other. I love the flexibility of my job. If you are a mom and you only want to work part time it’s the best. On the other hand, the territory I have is huge and the amount of gas and wear and tear on my car doesn’t cover the cost with the mileage reimbursement and pay they give you. The last 3 months is annual selling time. They want you to sell a certain amount of contracts to your territory (you don’t get paid commission on that) and if you are new and have never sold the contracts before it can be pretty stressful.

You work 7 days a week. Not much time off and management isn’t the greatest. Terrible work love balance and HR is as much help as management. Pay is amazing, but money isn’t always everything.
