Territory Manager in PA

Must be a self starter. There is a lot of stores to visit and more than an 8 hour day. If that isn’t your style, this place isn’t for you.Opportunity to make bonus monthly unless the economy takes a downward spiral.

No room for improvement management is bad. People constantly come and go most order pickers don’t last more than a week my department is pretty solid but we’re treated like children
Director in Corporate HQ

CEO and Leadership team have re-organized every year for the last 5 years creating chaos. They hire more VP than they do workers to get the job done. The different presidents are not aligned and create a vortex is shared service resources with competing priorities. They are at odds and have little consistency in progressed and goals. They cannot prioritize and want everything done at the same time.

It's a stable company with great people. The position pays well and the hours are flexible. I learn something new everyday and look forward to visiting my stores.

I would not wish a job with this company onto my worst enemy. Every day is a struggle with little to no support from your manager. You are expected to do three peoples job constantly, and still that is not enough. Horrible arrogant outfit to work for.
