Home Depot paid pretty decent during my time there, but in my position there was no way for me to have a set or somewhat consistent schedule, which led to numerous shifts ping-ponging from starting at 5am to 9am, or closing with no real reason. Management was pretty good at my location and seemed to care about the people if you were doing your job right. Not a bad place to work, but not a long ter...

Terrible company to work for over worked and underpaid. Management treat you like children. You will receive an occurrence for being sick. The company only gives 4 hours a sick time each month. Upper management does not know what they are doing. Would not recommend this company. You dial the same leads for 7 days straight and if you are not lucky by the 7th attempt it affects your performance.

there’s very little diversity, gender wise. v conservative environment as well, doesn’t allow piercings or colored hair. the managers are nice and the pay is excellent, it’s just back breaking work.
