Made #1 in my unit for 8months straight.. All of a sudden I was getting picked on for stupid reasons.. I got tired of this and I resigned

When, I Opened a New Store I was Proud to say, This is My Store and How May I Help You Today!
But, I Worked Hard and was given a Hard Time too. I think, there was a lot of Favoritism. The day I left, I had just gotten the Best Review but, it didn't matter because, of the way I was treated.

I was excited and extremely proud when I first started. However, when managers were NOT helping customers and not taking care of the employees who care about customers I became embarrassed that I worked for a company that didn't follow their core goals. They do not stand up for employees and they only care about profit and their pets
