I got a phone automated interview then went in for interview, mouth swab drug test anf signed for background check. Its been 5 days no email or call. I am still waiting. As of now I am still working at Toys R Us but aince they are closing I need a job soon but I have no problem waiting since I'm still working. I'm just glad I have that option, most don't. They need to hurry with the hiring process this is ridiculous.

I had two interviews on the same day (a Wednesday). One was with the HR person and the other was with the assistant manager of the department I'd be in (since the department manager was out of town at a conference). Was given an offer (wasn't for the position I originally applied for. Then I did a saliva drug test in the HR office. The test took 10 minutes. I'm still waiting to hear back (drug tests take 3-5 business days).

I feel like it took a month from the application to the interview. I'm not sure why these companies take so long. I am at the interview right now, and I had to get a job while waiting. UPS, Lowes, Fastenal, they all take mad long.
