Provide better hours/pay/jobs and honesty

Value and train the employees better. No last minute schedule changes and fire anyone who shows favortism.

Asking for credit cards for every customer. It gets extensive. And I live in a small city, we get a lot of repeat customers, and they would rightfully get annoyed. Also more flexibility for your full time workers. Full time workers get way less flexibility with days off, time off, and hours. While part timers can do all of the above.

More consistency between management and supervisors. We're given policies to adhere to, but depending on who is working, rules changed. This made it confusing at times to do your job.

Fire managers don’t do there job

Clean house of management and start again

Actually know what's going on, instead of assuming things. And I would actually help out when there's a line/crowd instead of sitting in the office, staring at the security cameras, or just stand there "observing." Lastly, never make false promises.

Give ex-felons who served their debt to society a chance to work and support themselves and their families.

I would have to be a CEO to make meaningful changes to THD. Bringing back steady pay raises and merit raises. Paying people what their worth at hire date based on knowledge and experience. Having a sliding pay-scale for the department you are assigned to. Not all job is equal.

Lastly paying department heads accordingly for their Department Labor Difficulty. No one wants to step up for more responsibility if it's not worth it $.
