Ive worked at Home Depot for exactly a year now and Ive been raised from $11 to $14.86. And that was over the course of three different raises. Just depends on hard you are willing to work and if you are willing to be fluid and work in all areas of the store. So if you work hard you will indeed be raised more than once a year! They arent malicious they give raises where it is deserved.
