millwright, and machine repair mechanic (Current Employee) –  Toledo, OHJuly 15, 2018
The Toledo Plant I'm working in is being sold. This was a good place to work and now has the feeling of unknowns and instability. It is time to move on.

Lots of overtime
Lab Technician/Variety Pack Machine Operator (Former Employee) –  Bloomsburg, PAJune 28, 2018
Work was never overly difficult, but the forced overtime had become impossible to deal with. Being told 15 minutes before quitting time that you are forced to work an extra four hours does not work for a single parent.

Great Company- Poor work Ethic of co-workers
Filling Utility (Current Employee) –  Bloomsburg, PAJune 19, 2018
This is a great company to work for and the facility has been here for years. It has provided for my family for years and will continue to provide for us both in hourly pay and benefits. They always have jobs open that you can learn and make more money. You will work long hours but most of it is due to co workers not showing up to work so you have to continue to cover for them. Issue at the facility is co-workers and lack of work ethic. Many want to come to work do nothing and get paid, pay is great for area. They make mistakes and find ways to blame on us that do our job correctly or blame management since they cant follow directions.
Pros
Healthcare, pay, stability, great people to work with

You simply will not find a better company to work for in this area, There are a lot of people with great experience to coach and guide you and there are also tons of new people that provide fresh prespectives and ideas. Very well rounded company. Great benfits for all employees.
Pros

Has its ups and downs
Plant Technician, Level (Former Employee) –  New Bethlehem, PAJune 7, 2018
PROS
-Easy work if you're mechanically inclined.
-2 weeks of vacation (and can purchase an extra 5) and 4 personal days
-Good pay rates
-If you like OT, there is usually plenty available

CONS
-New employees are stuck on 3-1130pm shift until long-term employees retire/quit. Could be a decade on this shift before opportunities open on 1st or 3rd.
-Poor work/life balance-can go months without mandatory OT on Saturdays or can work every Saturday through the summer--no vacation or personal days allowed on these days.
-Vacations must be scheduled at the beginning of the year for the entire year.
-Once a person has a negative mark against them, or if management doesn't like a person, they fear losing their jobs on a daily basis.
-Many people try to get others in trouble to advance themselves or gain favorable treatment from management

Temporary Hire (Former Employee) –  Scottsville, KYMay 25, 2018
Very friendly but fast-paced. You have your role and must do your best otherwise the production will stall. They hire new workers on occasion, so temporary hires looking for advancement is not too far-fetched.
Pros
Collaborative, very friendly
Cons
Long hours, work requires constant attention

maintenance (Current Employee) –  Bloomsburg, PAMay 11, 2018
The pay is good. The hours are long. Management does not seem to be concerned about family life. They conducted a buyout, then immediatlely had to hire because they eliminated too many positions. Many people work overtime from week to week.
Pros
pay
Cons
excessive overtime

Associate Brand Manager (Former Employee) –  San Francisco, CAApril 13, 2018
Great place to work and learn the ropes of Brand Management. Positive and supportive, collarborative culture. Takes a while to advance in your career, but it's possible if you are patient. Can be stressful, very fast paced, and challenging to keep up with work load and expectations. Difficult work-life balance.

High school drama at its best
Technician (Former Employee) –  Orrville, OHApril 9, 2018
I worked with a manager who had unethical practices. But he wasn't fired when management found out. He was only moved to a different area. Workplace drama and back stabbing if you're not "in the click ". They only advance people with degrees and treat the true workers as second rate citizens. Good pay if your there long enough.
Pros
Free product giveaways. Nice vacation time.
Cons
Management and no advancements

Its a good place to work if you are just starting a family. Advancement is hard to get. It is nice getting so many holidays and vacation time, but like everywhere insurance is not as great as it could be.
Pros
holidays, vacation
Cons
hard to move ahead, little respect for the work you do
