In general, it is like a large family. It is fast-paced and requires a lot of teamwork. Everyone tries to get along and there are goals to aim for.

The Sacramento location is very consistent with the treatment of employees as the farmington location. Technicians are considered to be disposable. Mandatory over time and poor management team .The workplace was run on popularity and being on the good side of the right person.

The Farmington location is an extremely negative work environment. Senior management provides no guidance to priorities and has poor ethics. The goal is to make money and appear impressive, without taking the integrity of the science or the treatment of employees into account at all.
