The company focuses on providing basic Chiropractic Care at the lowest price possible. Unfortunately, this means very low salaries for Doctors and Staff, extreme high volume workload for Doctors, high staff turnover, burnout of good Doctors who are under-appreciated and under-paid, resulting in decreased quality of care. If they want to grow this practice model, they need to invest in higher quality employees by paying higher salaries and making their staff feel valued and appreciated. Instead they create staff burnout and high turnover due to staff feeling extremely devalued and unappreciated.
