Was a good job but was a hard working job was excited to go to work everyday because they had many opportunities to make extra money besides your hourly.

Hard labor. Staff are not organized, they don’t really care for they workers like they say they do. They say if you worked hard for 3-4 days doing 10-14 hrs you can get a day to relax that’s a lie.

You’re well underpaid for the amount of work required. You have a weekly schedule that will easily be inaccurate as jobs will come up with no notice and you must run to the clients house to remove whatever was requested. Your days will often go passed your scheduled time. Lots of heavy lifting and awkward items to move through peoples homes. After leaving, you’ve also signed a piece of paper that limits you from working in this field for another company.

Started working here early 2021 and I really enjoy it. My co-workers are great and everyone pulls their own weight and works together. Work days go by quick and we get tips which is a great. Our boss is awesome and easy to talk to. Lets us have items we get from our pickups, within reason. If you are interested in Junkluggers, I would recommend being physically capable because this is a physical job. Have a can do attitude and be able to work with others.Average work day goes as follows. Usually start at 8am with a meeting to go over the pickups of the day and devise a plan to complete them efficiently and quickly as safety allows. Then we go to our trucks, inform our first customer we're on our way. Once we get there we greet our customer and treat them professionally. We give an estimate on the items they want us to lug out and once they agree, we start lugging out the items. Continue this process for the next pickups. Also, we would donation and recycle runs between pickups as time allows. At the end, we usually finish work around 4pm. But depending on how the day goes it can be a later or earlier day. Earliest is 2pm and latest is 7pm, but these are rare.

The owner manipulates you to get what she wants then fires you. They also held my last paycheck for things that were not my responsibility as an employee
