The Just Group Careers and Employment
Just Jeans opened its first store in Chapel Street, Prahran (Melbourne) in December 1970. The business has grown dramatically since that time, through the acquisition and growth of brands across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Singapore and in 2014 the United Kingdom.
In 2004 we changed our name to The Just Group to reflect our expanded portfolio of brands. Today we have 7 brands; Just Jeans, Jacqui E, Jay Jays, Portmans, Peter Alexander, Dotti, and Smiggle. We operate over 1,000 retail outlets across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Singapore & the UK and employ more than 6,000 people.

Nice staff Good discount on products Pay is okay Fast paced Workload in smaller stores are huge with stocks and steaming Kpi performance review system is totally wrong because you are processing other staff members' refunds.
Absolutely terrible - too much gossip, understaffed, terrible management, low pay, no consideration in terms of workload for management - just terrible
I worked at Just Jeans which arguably is the best and worst of all the Just Group stores to work for. It’s good because the incentives are quite good, but are hard to obtain. But the worse because the work load is much more than that of somewhere like Smiggle, but the pay is the same. You start on minimum wage, and you stay on minimum wage, regardless of your sales or how long you have worked there the amount of work expected of you is not worth the pay.
