Hardwork, great work environment
Lots of hardwork. Sometimes without breaks. The work load fluctuates but at it’s highest it’s near impossible to complete everything. Work environment is fantastic though, lots of support and care from the management team. Perfect place to work if interested in caregiving, supportive work environment and making meaningful connections.

I've seen and worked for Keystone when it was good, and COVID tore our TEAM apart, followed by GREED within management.*Try applying for Keystone Place, maybe the management is different there.**If you apply for Keystone, ask for at LEAST $17/hr (MA AND CNA)-$15/hr ("RA"/HOUSEKEEPING) currently, respectively. That is FAIR for that atmosphere IF you are a GOOD worker.

Bad Management
Management does not care for their employees and allows certain employees do whatever they please. There is not paid time off and it is almost impossible to get time off. Most employees get special treatment from management such as no repercussions for a employee who called in multiple times a week.

Fun work place
A fun work place that feels like family. The coworkers are great but the management is slightly unorganized. The hours for servers are very good for students too.

Productive and fun workplace
Its a great environment to work in. My coworkers are willing to help. The management team is great at helping staff and are willing to listen. I have worked here almost a year and I feel involved in day to day activities
