What is the best part of working at the company?The nurses are amazing, Management on the other hand is the worst. Failed management has led this company to its downfall. Seasoned nurses leaving due to poor compensation and support. Management pretends nothing is wrong and keeps on utilizing cost cutting, unsafe practices. If you value your hard earned license stay away from this organization.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?If you like working understaffed, under pay and long hkurs tbis is the place to be.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?The illusion of management caring and provision of quality care.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Understaffed, overarching management

Working for kpc has been a good learning experience with many amazing people who work there.

What is the best part of working at the company?The owner and upper management does not care about its employees or patients. It is always finding ways to do the minimal amount for it's clients and does not bother to invest in it's facilities, employees, or patients. The facilities work with the bare minimum equipment (and even that barely works), skeleton staffing and no incentives to stay with the company. They are one of the worst companies (owner - Chaudhuri) to work for.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Never enough resources ( equipment, staffing, etc.) The owner is cheap and does not invest in his hospitals.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Very good. The major reason each employee has stayed on is because of the comradory we have with each other and we function well as a team.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Good. Because of the closeness with my coworkers it makes for a positive working environment aside from the negatives that we face daily.

Good to get experience

This place is great to get your experience at. They are very flexible with scheduling but unfortunately they are always understaffed and never in ratio. Hardly ever get a lunch or 15 min break. Upper management is and has been aware but has yet to do anything about it. Other than that loved my coworkers

Zero support from Upper HR (CHRO) at all. Felt undermined constantly.

Heavy workload, returning calls/emails before starting on daily tasks. Love all the employees and felt huge accomplishment helping them. Long time since someone handled Benefits for the company. Hardest part was remaining confident in my work without any support.
