Not worth the Stress! Unfortunately it looks as if A lot! I mean A Lot of TLE’s are the same around the U.S. Management is very unprofessional,Classrooms are over packed, never enough, being chastised in front of parents and coworkers! Don’t bother applying!
The TLE center I was employed at had a VERY HIGH turnover rate, which I wasn't privy to knowing of prior to employment. So with that said, best to ask about benefits (do they offer any), pay ranges (it's a minimum wage paying job), and wage increases per year. If you're hired as a teacher, you'll need to provide materials for your classroom, at your expense and not reimbursable. You can be hired to be a floater/breaker but then when the teacher resigns without notice, you're now suddenly thrust into that position, WITHOUT additional compensation. It's all about ratios not so much about experience.
Drama, Drama, I was hired as a Lead Infant Teacher. NO ASSISTANT, 6 BABIES enrolled in my classroom daily. week I was pulled into the the owners office for him to tell me he wants me to be A co teacher in Twaddlers.
Don't work there. Review contract, very challenging.
Be open to help and work as a team

Never use the word "TIME OUT". They do not approve of time outs and I certainly agree.

There are better early childhood centers that won't give you the amount of stress that this place gives you. Don't bother applying.
