The school leader would rather have new teachers who comply out of fear, instead of qualified, established educators on staff who think and ask questions. This has led to high turnover in a once stable school. There's no one in upper management to resolve issues with leadership. School board handpicked by the Leona Group, i.e. rubber stampers. Lack of quality professional development opportunities.

Reduce the amount of random, redundant paperwork. It should not take three hours to complete lesson plans. Allow teachers to teach. Hire proven, effective, qualified educational leaders for admin positions.
