Management is great to work with. Since we are highly educated professionals we are given leadership to reflect this. We are expected to take initiative, problem solve and do our jobs. Management is very supportive when collaboration is needed and are even known to come in and sweep the floors on rare occasions. I’m told where I fall short and need to improve and am better for that. I need leadership that respects my professionalism and experience, not helicopter over managing. I get that at TLC.

Feed the human spirit . Right. They could care less about you or your family. Management is like playing in the kiddie pool. Don’t call in or you will be threatened

Management could care less about you as an employee... they only care about how many pts you are seeing ... or should I say customers ... management is VERY disrespectful... They will barely come in unless they want to give u a verbal warning about a pt that didn’t get their way .... Doesn’t matter if you were in the right ... customer is always right ... they pretty much want u to give the pt what ever they want to keep them coming back ... pts coming back = money money money ... Don’t do it ... I like Many others ran out of there!!

Poorly. I was not in their social group or any majority group on the staff; I was subject to harsh criticism, contradictory instructions from different managers, counterproductive nagging that often interrupted the things I was being nagged about, and general 'fake diplomacy'. All of which made it quite clear I was unwanted.
