Do yourjob as a CEO and pay people what they earned for working hard because we have Bills just like you do
Would follow up with clients after to make sure everything is great and also give thanks to all complements made to company that way clients are most likely to recommend to others
I would pay more, and have some weekend activity to influence the workers to work together
Make sure the equipment they had worked correctly and the vehicles were not just fixed and hacked to get on the road . They don’t care about the safety. They act like they do, anything for them To save money. I would treat everyone the same and I would listen to team leaders concerns when they say workers are Talking to new hires about other workers . If you follow rules you don’t want to work here!
