Unfair treatment from management. They overwork you as an employee and the pay. The pay is not good. The Maids is not a good place to work at
The pay, unfriendly coworkers, the amount of work you have to do with limited people
They don’t look at the homes before sending you out to a deep clean. They don’t care if people go in stoned as long as they say they can’t tell.
The boss and the field manager don't want to take the blame for there mistakes.
Having to work with a different ethnicity and language you cannot understand.
