I think the malvern school is a good resume builder. It is a respected and more professional daycare, but at the same time. The environment is not one to stay with for long

The hours are way too long. You should not have to work a 9 hour day. It’s really not fair to staff. They could easily get part-time afternoon staff. I suggest that you go back School so that you can ask for time off to go to class. Or else u will b there from dawn to dusk.

Comment above is very true. Thescbools talk about diversity, but there isn’t any in the actual school. The locations tend to b a little more remote. So over all the job feels isolated.

I left because of harassment from the staff over being paid more than others as well as being told to not question their violation of company policies. When asked how they got the information they said the administrator shared said information with them.

It is a private pre-school and requires teachers to be certified.
