Keep Looking For Something Stable
Community Manager (Former Employee) – Las Vegas, NV – August 30, 2018
My biggest challenges working for The Management Trust is there is no real job training, I was overworked, micromanaged, they sold me on a retirement plan that I wouldn't be fully vested for many years, and then not paid well to do it all. I was given unrealistic expectations from Management and Boards. Retention is low for their accounts and employees. I worked there for a year and legitimately experienced the highest turnover of employees in my working experience. Unfortunately they will oversell the position and not train you/suppprt you to be successful. If you want to be with a company that you can retire with, I suggest you keep looking being that their retirement benefits are non-existent BUT after two years of employment you have some shares with the company not fully vested for several years. I almost needed a lower pay to still qualify for Medicaid and food stamps to live normally to work here. Also if you are going through life challenges/changes like pregnancy, death, medical issues that was the most disappointing that they didn't support employees. Seasoned managers and the upper management are the only people who benefit and seem to enjoy working for this company. Anyone else gets the short end of the stick.
Sometimes free lunches
High turnover, low Retention, no job training, bad accounts, no accountablity
