Poor bid and leadership
Operations Manager (Current Employee) –  United StatesApril 5, 2018
Company has a vision that does not match its structure. Just another company that bids low and tries to figure it out later after starting the contract. Leadership is poor with only focused on growth and not profits. No structure or operations effectiveness to make managers successful. Onboarding of new employees is non-existent. History of turning through people in executive positions like HR, CFO.

For a company that i had more expectation it really let me down
Quality Assurance Manager (Former Employee) –  Beltsville, MDJanuary 28, 2018
I cant say much but if the knew or had a better management that knew exactly what to do and would be on top of things lie i told them from beginning they would have been good but Taking and signing a contract before you yourself check exactly what is been ask to deliver and actually knowing yourself by personally looking and timing that what is been ask to deliver for the money they are paying can be possible and not just sign it and not know if its enough time or money so it can be done right the first tine but they totally fail at the contract by not checking to see if they were paying enough to make sure the employee is given enough time so we can guaranteed delivery of what they are asking. But no one check anything nor new what they were accepting or getting themselves into
Pros
I was able to move around and not be bored

Stay Away!
Quality Assurance Manager (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILAugust 1, 2016
Terrible company to work for top to bottom on Janitorial side. Lack of experience shows throughout the company. No values, ethic, morals anywhere to be found within this company. This company uses & abuses workers and uses revolving door throughout it's contracts.

I was asked on several occasions to work 24hr days, days/nights, on call 24-7, only to be harassed by upper management. Compensation does not justify the workload. A dozen coworkers came and went in my 2 year tenure which experienced same issues. Please approach with caution as employee retention is terrible which will soon translate into poor customer retention. Bad company, period, end of story!

Accounts Manager (Current Employee) –  Beltsville, MDJune 10, 2016
Wonderful company, leadership and co workers are supportive and fun. A typical day starts at 8am with email purging from the day before and continues with twists and turns until 5pm.. I have learned various systems targeted toward floor plan take offs, as well as a new level of humility internally with the close staff. The hardest part of the job has not occurred yet, but it will be when I leave for another job. I have moved and the commute has turned into 3 hours a day, but I don't consider anything else "hard", it's challenging and fun. The most enjoyable part is the team.

Not the best company, but not the worst.
Assistant National Quality Control Manager (Former Employee) –  Texas,Louisianna,Mississippi,Alabama,FloridaMarch 23, 2016
I worked roughly 12 days on the road - 2 days off (sometimes at home). Had to be in each store in my coverage area at least every 2 weeks. My area spanned 5 states.
On a typical day you would visit multiple locations starting early morning to meet with the cleaning crews, and store personnel to inspect the work done, and address any concerns the locations is having. Also check equipment and supplies to make sure all items are stored correctly, cleaned correctly, and in good supply. Upon need contact contractors to discuss issues at locations with quality, supplies, or equipment. On occasion you would meet with members of the locations corporate staff. All findings have to be reported by email to the company HQ.
Some employees were lucky enough to have an expense card, some didn't. You would be reimbursed for reasonably priced meals, hotels, rental vehicles, fuel, and other expenses (company use only).
The other field workers were always great to get around, and share stories with. Management was another issue. You have knowledge of everything going on in your area, but managers would step in and make promises to stores that could not possibly be fallowed. They would treat you like the greatest employee then turn around and blame you for their errors. employees were constantly fired for no reason, and given no explanation, yet some of the managers did "0" work and got promotions.
Hardest part of the job is constantly being away from home. Dealing with unprofessional management, and knowing that there is no job security.
Best part of the job is the travel. Got to go a lot
more... of places I would have probably never been. Also you will meet a lot of good people.  less
Pros
Reimbused meals. Travel.
Cons
No job security. Poor management.
