Small organization does important and under-supported work in the community

I work part-time for The Mediation Center and have had a positive experience. My supervisors and co-workers communicate clearly. I believe in the work the organization does and the importance that resolving conflict, supporting families in the community, and teaching conflict resolution skills can have on a community.

This organization was once a worthwhile entity that focused on helping the community. Current management focuses more on their public image, spending inordinate amounts of money to this extent, rather than taking care of its employees financially or with proper training and tools necessary to increase their caseload.
