The absolute worst. The medical team is why both of my grandparents and my husband's grandparents were cared for at home with family taking shifts. Some of the things I saw were completely atrocious. Also, very catty and petty women to be around. And if you do a good job and actually care you're treated like garbage from coworkers because it made them look bad. So happy I found a better job with a positive work environment where your hard work is recognized and praised!

The work environment is not good. The staff is very uncomfortable to work around.

I really felt like I was the nurse and supervisor and SLAVE to the Medical Team, making hardly any money while doing so. The nurses NEVER knew what they were doing. I had to do weekly med cart audits and blood pressure clinics - or else the nurse would find a way to write me up about something else I didn't do.
I felt like a slave working for the medical team
Supervisors don't like to work, nurses never know what is going on with the residents (they will ask you numerous times about a resident), expired medication will sit in the med cart for YEARS
